Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.

Transcript requests must be submitted 2 WEEKS prior to the application deadline to ensure that your documentation arrives on time. Requests will be processed through our office on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. We will not process requests when school is not in session for Holiday breaks, however, Summer requests will be processed on Thursday afternoons.

Final Transcripts: Seniors, you will need a final transcript for all College/Universities including 2-year and 4-year programs. Once you make a decision about where you plan to attend, you can schedule a request through parchment. You must go to the Parchment website (click on the link below) and order your transcript. As you are checking, you will be asked when you want the transcript to be sent. If you do not request your final transcript on parchment, it will not be sent to the college and this may affect your college registration process.

• GEDs can be requested from the State of WV at diplomasender.com.

DIPLOMA REQUESTS

• Diplomas are a one-time item for Graduation purposes only and are given to the student. There are no copies or ways to retrieve copies.
