University High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript. This link will open a new browser. Parchment will send emailed or mailed paper copies of your transcript for college, military, NCAA, scholarships, and job applications.
Transcript requests must be submitted 2 WEEKS prior to the application deadline to ensure that your documentation arrives on time. Requests will be processed through our office on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. We will not process requests when school is not in session for Holiday breaks, however, Summer requests will be processed on Thursday afternoons.
Current Seniors received their registration information in Advisory on September 20th. Seniors will be able to use the code to create their account. We encourage all Seniors to work with their parent or guardian to complete the registration process.
Seniors, you will need a final transcript for all College/Universities including 2-year and 4-year programs. Once you make a decision about where you plan to attend, you can schedule a request through parchment. You must go to the Parchment website (click on the link above) and order your transcript. As you are checking, you will be asked when you want the transcript to be sent. If you do not request your final transcript on parchment, it will not be sent to the college and this may affect your college registration process.
