Chromebook Distribution:

Chromebooks will be issued to all students who have turned in an AUP on August 13th between 12:30 - 1:30 pm. Students who do not attend that pickup session will receive theirs after school starts. August 20th in Advisory. Students are asked to charge their Chromebooks at home and bring them to Advisory/Homeroom, where information will be given to them to log in. Instructions on changing the password will be given in as well. Students will log in with their Office 365 Account credentials. It is necessary to change the password from the default password. 

All returning students should already have an existing profile and will be able to log in. All freshmen and new students will need to create their profile while in the UHS School building using their boe.mono.k12.wv.us credentials available in Advisory/Homeroom.

 

Chromebook Collection: (Updated at the end of the 2018-19 School Year)

Senior Chromebooks have been collected. Invoices will be sent based on Monday, May 6th inventory list. Mistakes can be made at this busy time of year. If students turned in late devices, the invoice might have been sent already. If you feel there is an error, please contact the school by phone and speak with a Principal or e-mail Mrs. Allen at k.allen@k12.wv.us. 

  • Damage will be assessed and an invoice issued if necessary to repair extensively damaged Chromebooks.
  • Replacement Bags are $25
  • Power cords are $15 from the current vendor.
  • Senior students are encouraged to download or move your data from your @boe.mono.k12.wv.us account  prior to the end of the school year, May 31, 2019. Click the link below to find out how.

Underclassmen Chromebooks have been collected. Make-up day will be Monday, May 20th during Advisory in the library.  Students need to bring the issued bag and power cord and report any damage at the time of collection.  The Chromebooks will be issued to the student in the fall as it was turned in unless issues were reported at the time of collection.  Bags are $25, Power Chargers are $15 from the current vendor. If you have questions, see Mrs. Allen during Advisory. If Students are absent on the day of their assigned collection, they can bring their Chromebook on Monday, May 20th to the library during Advisory. 

 

Students can still access their accounts from other on-line devices by using their Username@boe.mono.k12.wv.us credentials for Google accounts and Schoology or Office 365 Account by using their Username@stu.k12.wv.us credentials.
